Job Title:Automotive Service ManagerLocation:7163 S Olympia Avenue Tulsa, OK 74132Job Overview:As an Automotive Service Manager with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person who drives production.  The Service Manager has responsibility and authority for our daily operation of the business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to workflow management, sales leadership, staff management, quality of work, guest satisfaction, revenue, profit margin, and other documented goals as assigned by the Owner.  Shop staff report directly to the Service Manager.

All applications will be reviewed upon submission - please refrain from calling the shop directlyResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Serving and leading all personnel and daily operationsDrive sales through excellent guest experiencesEnsure incoming tickets have all necessary information to ensure smooth processModel and hold team accountable for all company policies and procedures as outlined in the current Employee HandbookTake necessary corrective and/or disciplinary action for employee non-complianceDelegate tasks to create room for you to motivate and lead the teamEnsure quality of work, attitude and performance meets or exceeds guest satisfaction goalsMaintain a personal positive attitude and positive communicationsDirect Service Advisors' development of guest estimates and work orders. Assign work orders to the techniciansEnsure selection of quality partsEnsure target margins are achievedOpen and close stores on a daily basisAble to draw a reasonable facsimile of a duckSeek ways to improve processesPerform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations, audits and report analysis. Report results to OwnersEnsure all equipment is fully operational and in good working order.Ensure technicians have the resources needed to do their jobEnsure excellent, proactive communication with guests, before, during and after serviceEnsure we greet every guest that calls or enters our facility with enthusiasm and a smile, showing hospitality and the highest level of respectPresent the best solution to properly repair our guest’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understandPossess the ability to consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.Act in a professional manner suitable as to represent a quality organization with which you are employed, always and in every instance projecting the characteristics of honesty and integrity
